02-Prepare Your Pet
Your travel consultant will work with you to ensure your pet is ready to travel.
03-Fly & Reunite
Your pet is safely transported to their destination and reunited with you!
What We Do
✅ Book flights with pet friendly airlines
✅ Arrange all required documentation to meet government regulations (eg import permits, health certificates, veterinary records)
✅ Provide advice on veterinary requirements
✅ Provide secure airline approved travel crates (including soft absorbent pet bedding and water container)
✅ Collect your pet from your address if required (within 2 hours drive from our premises in Leatherhead, Surrey, KT22 9TH)
✅ Provide boarding at our on-site kennel and cattery
✅ Transport to airport & check-in with the airline on departure date (we are conveniently located 40 minutes from both Heathrow & Gatwick airports)
✅ Arrange customs clearance if required
✅ Arrange transport from arrival airport to final destination delivery if required
✅ Book quarantine (for Australia and New Zealand only)
